the investor their honest, experience proven opinion
of after repaired value and repair costs on any
property that Houseflipper.com is selling, but check
out the numbers for independent verification.

an investor decides to purchase a Property from
Houseflipper.com, he/she must sign and return the
assignment of contract ,as well as place the earnest
money with the specified title company, within 24
hours of Houseflipper.com providing the investor
with an assignment of contract of sale.

The
investor must also comply with all other terms and
conditions of the contract, which will be provided
in writing to the investor in conjunction with the
assignment of contract of sale.

Unless
otherwise stated, the investor must pay cash for
Houseflipper.com deals, have a line of credit ,
a private/hard money lender or some other way to
come up with the money for the contract price, assignment
fee, repairs, closing costs and any other expenses
that may occur with a real estate transaction.

assigns the contract to the investor he/she must
close within 10 days.
